Dr. Moran has always been an animal lover and interested in science, even as a young girl. She grew up with all sorts of animals including dogs, cats, chickens, turkeys, rabbits, squirrels and horses. Originallyshe was interested in human medicineafter shadowing her mother's oncologist and becoming a certified nurse's aide in high school. While pursuing her Bachelor's degree at Florida Atlantic University, she found her true passion while working as a veterinarytechnicianfor a small animal hospital and as a sea turtle researchassistant. After graduating from FAU she continued to gain more experience in the veterinary field and worked as an emergency veterinarytechnicianprior to attending veterinary school at Ross University. Dr. Moran truly loves to helpanimals feel better and stay healthy. She loves working with small animals and has a special interest in surgery, internal medicine and dermatology.Outside of workshe enjoys going to the beach, camping, scuba diving, as well fishing with her father. Dr. Moran recently got engaged to her fiancé Joe. Together they have two dogs Daisy and Skyy along with one hurricane Irma survivor kitty named Sweetie.She looks forward to getting married and hopes to start a family in the future.
